Rachel Robertson

I’ve been passionate about nutrition and traditional eating practices for over 15 years - first because of my own struggle with debilitating gut problems that affected every area of my life: my confidence, my energy, my mood, my skin, and my relationship with food. I was told by top consultants that I was wasting their time and tried countless supplements and regimes. Discovering the work of Dr. Weston A. Price and the ideologically associated GAPS diet opened my eyes to the profound impact of traditional diets on health, and learning from Ray Peat helped me understand metabolism, hormones, and the thyroid. Combining this knowledge, I studied Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy and gradually healed my gut, reclaiming my health and confidence.

Since starting my practice in 2019, I’ve specialised in holistic gut health, helping people leave bloating, gas, IBS, reactive bowels, PMS symptoms, skin conditions, and digestive discomfort behind. I support the whole body - helping digestion, metabolism, nutrient status, and hormonal balance - using a combination of ancestral nutrition, the GAPS diet,  Traditional Western Herbalism and humoral assessment. I also incorporate colonics as a safe and useful tool for supporting gut function and providing insight into imbalances.

Alongside my clinical work, I’ve spent the past 15 years exploring traditional food preparation, foraging, and fermentation practices. I run monthly ‘Heal Your Gut with Native Herbs’ foraging sessions in Brighton. I’m passionate about reclaiming sovereignty over health, family, and food and feel privileged to be part of the revival of the forgotten people’s medicine - herbalism, naturopathy, and holistic traditional healing - empowering people to take control of their health.
